Refund & cancellation

This policy applies to Vhalar Studio cloud subscriptions sold by BDC Tech Solutions through https://bdc.solutions (and local development equivalents). Prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP).

Free trial

New accounts receive a 1 month trial on the cloud account and on the installed Operator, with no credit card required to start.. No charge applies during the trial unless you complete checkout and authorize payment for the period after the trial.

Subscription pricing

• Church / hall: ₱399 per month after the free month (unless yearly plan selected)
• Student / teacher: ₱149 per month after the free month (verification may be required)

Cancellation

You may cancel before the next billing date by emailing bdctechsolutions.services@gmail.com. Access continues until the end of the paid period already charged. We do not prorate partial months unless required by law or stated in writing for your organization.

Refunds

Payments processed through Maya, PayMongo, Xendit, Stripe, or GCash (via those partners) are refundable within 7 days of the charge if you have not materially used paid cloud features (e.g. bulk song upload after payment) and contact us with your receipt reference. Duplicate charges and proven billing errors are refunded in full. Chargebacks should be raised with us first so we can resolve the account.
